IPS Agent Terms & Conditions
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Integrated Professional Services (IPS) grants approved individuals or businesses (“Agent”) the right to operate as an independent agent promoting IPS digital platforms and services.

1. Agent Responsibilities
• The Agent agrees to represent IPS with professionalism, integrity, and full compliance with IPS policies.
• The Agent is responsible for:
• Recruiting and supporting players.
• Managing digital transactions (loading/redemptions).
• Monitoring for suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Promoting IPS platforms in a compliant and ethical manner.

2. Earnings and Commission
• Commission rates are determined by IPS and are subject to change with notice.
• Agents will receive earnings based on agreed-upon percentages from platform usage and player activity.
• Payouts are made [weekly/bi-weekly/monthly] via the preferred method selected during onboarding.
• IPS reserves the right to withhold payouts if fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations are detected.

3. Digital Services Disclaimer
• All services provided are digital point-based credits with no physical goods exchanged.
• All sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges once points have been transferred.
• Agents are responsible for educating their players on this policy.

4. Confidentiality
• Agent agrees to keep confidential all information regarding IPS platforms, pricing, software, back-end access, and customer data.
• Disclosure or misuse of confidential information may result in immediate termination.

5. Termination
• IPS may terminate this agreement at any time for breach of terms, inactivity, fraud, or conduct deemed damaging to the IPS brand.
• Agents may also terminate this agreement with written notice.

6. Compliance
• The Agent is responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including digital gaming laws and local business regulations.
• IPS provides digital platforms for entertainment only and does not guarantee earnings.

7. Independent Contractor
• Agents operate as independent contractors, not employees of IPS.
• The Agent is responsible for their own taxes, legal filings, and business setup.

8. Modifications
• IPS reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation as an agent constitutes agreement to future revisions.

Return & Refund Policy
All sales made through IPS are for digital point credits used on designated online platforms. Due to the nature of this digital service, all sales are final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
